Sempena hari bapa sedunia, aku turunkan 10 filem kegemaran tentang hubungan ayah dan anak...Maaf kalau ada antara filem terbaik tentang subjek berikut yang aku tertinggal. Senarai ini dibuat sekilas pandang sepantas lalu.

10) FINDING NEMO- subject like this should be included byany Disney or Pixar movie. I pick this one just for the short term memory lost fish. Hillarious.

9)FATHER AND SON- Aleksandr Sokurov’s. father and Son Russian style . If u like this movie wathc his other movie on related subject …title Mother and Son. Im not kidding.

8) RAISING ARIZONA- Tho its not Nic cage real son.

7) KRAMER VS KRAMER – Streep and that jew guy, how can u resist it.

6) PURSUIT OF HAPPYNESS- Sleeping in the toilet is what makes this movie got into this list.

5)BASIKAL THIEF - Scorsece cried watching this movie. Kawan aku pula nangis bila Italy kalah bola dengan Egypt.

4) AFTER THIS OUR EXILE – Not just because it’s a Hong Kong movies that shot locally, but its one of heartbreaking father and son story in a coming of age story.

3) THE ROAD -even tho I haven’t watch the movie, but I have read the book. Just for the first page actually haha. But father and son in apocalypse world sounds like a cool movie to me.

2) ANAK BAPAK- How can I ignore this movie. P Ramle have a hands at every genre that have…(yes thats even Sci Fi and horror)... . a classic example of a thought they dont make movie like that anymore. Brillaint performance by Tompel too.

1)EMPIRE STRIKES BACK- Star wars is many things…it could be a story between Master and their servant (Solo and Chewie) Human and robot, and effect and sound and many many more. (dammit that Jewish is genius eh?) But for some I always remember Empire Strikes Back as father and son relationship movie with this dialogue (oh u know which scene are this) ...

“Obi Wan never told u what happen to your father”

Luke Scream “No!!”

.....I repeat "Together we can rule this universe like father and son” that’s the best and the most ambitious mantra for a father and son relationship one could think of. Instead of together we can control this town or this country or Malaysia or even earth, they go for Universive, thats a huge leap for a realtionship and conquer. ..like father and son..theres nobosy else, only just the two of us..father and son. Not even mother. Just fathers and son.

maybe someday I'll said it to my son.....but first I have to be in dark side first heh just kiddio.

FAVOURITE FEMALE PERFORMANCE IN MALAY MOVIES

Ladies first, kata orang putih... so heres are the list of my fav female performance in local movie while the list on fav local movies with no Rosyam Noor involvement as actor will be post on later ok..... Sorry but not so sorry if i miss anyboy.

10) SALOMA dalam Seniman Bujang lapok..... Antara banyak2 filem yang Saloma berlakon, Saloma paling cute dalam ini filem. Especially bila Sarip Dol himpit dia dengan basikal. scene favourite adalah masa Saloma lari terkedik-kedik bila p Ramlee cakap “Nenek saya” dan Saloma reply “Nakal!”

9) IDA NERINA in Layar Lara. .....Im not familliar with strong female character in modern, latest malay film (maybe maya Karin in Pontianak movie should be on the list but well.....). This is as far as a cool performance I could remember. Love the last line of the film “Jom tengok wayang” kata dia (or maybe other) ke

8) LIZA OTHMAN in MAT GELAP…....why? Just cause I think I should put Liza Othman here somewhere and Mat Gelap is all I could think of. But I think she performs better than the rest of her peers at that times.

7) ROSEYATIMAH in Pendekar Bujang Lapuk.....Her debut. Aku dulu pernah sekelas dengan anak lelaki arwah Roseyatimah. Bila aku tahu bendai ni aku terus jadi macam beruk.Tanpa segan silu aku pun meminta kepastiannya. "Betul ke mak kau Roseyatimah?" tanya aku. Dia sambil tersenyum menjawab ya. Obvious sangat dia jadi famous sebab mak dia pelakon dan nampak sangat dia dah jemu melayan pertanyaan itu.Dan tanpa segan silu aku cakap “Your mom was beautiful” he said yes like a proud son.

6) SOFEA JANE in Perempuan, Isteri dan Jalang…....Oh u got to put this on. Your list of female whatever should have this characther on your list.Don’t ask me why. No not just about that nasi kangkang scene. Its more than that.Mula2 memang macam tak kena Sofea jane as Zaleha. A beautiful, mat salleh girl jadi gadis kampung? But then u realise...its none other than Sofea Jane yang boleh kasi Zaidi Omar tak karuan. Either this or Betty Benafe in Buai Laju-Laju.

5)NENG YATIMAH in IBU ......After I put 'jalang' on my list i should continue my list with something more...err say Mother Theresa like figure characther. Whats best than Neng Yatimah in Ibu.

4) SARIMAH in Ali Baba Bujang Lapok....Apek! jaga depan ada longkang!

3) NOOR KUMALASARI in Esok Masih Ada....I know she cry alot in this movies. But i dont think she would be good at that if she dont have that big eyes. When I think of 70s movies, I think of her .My fav Malay melodrama movie when I was a kid and up until now.

2)SAADIAH in Musang Berjanggut ....Katanya untuk merakamkan babak akhir dalam filem ini Saadiah selalu menangis sebab di push oleh P Ramlee. She said she cant do it. P Ramlee said she can. .A good direcotr knows how to push u to the limit. That’s why I cannot be a film director…..

1) OGY AHMAD DAUD in Azura.... Julia Robert gave a brilliant performance in PRETTY WOMAN cause she in love with her co star Richard Gere, right?. While Ogy gave a good performance here cause shes…..well never mind. Without this movie there wont be any mat Rempit around. Just kidding. Oh and did i mention Jamal Abdillah?

Zakaria baru mendapat tahu Azura mengandung. tetapi mereka baru khawin 2 minggu. Zakaria balik kerumah dengan hati panas.

ketika sampai dirumah, Azura sedang melipat baju.

ZAKARIA: (muka serius)Berterus terang sajalah kalau kau mengandung.

AZURA: (tersenyum) Aku cuba bagitau kau semalam, tapi kau tidur. kau tentu suka bukan? menimang cahaya mata kita yang pertama?

AZURA: (Bila melihat Zack masih tak senyum) Kenapa Zack? kenapa kau berkelakuan begini ?kenapa huh?

ZAKARIA: (Marah giler dan menggoncang badan Azura)Gugurkan kandungan ituew!! Gugur kan kandungan utiew!!Aku tak mahu anak! Aku tak mahu anak! (Actually dialog yang ini tak berapa jelas sebab Suara Jamal Abdillah tinggi dan tak clear. Aku assume dia cakap Aku tak mahu anak)

AZURA: Tidak!! Ini anak kita berdua!! (menangis)

Zakaria terus keluar dari bilik meninggalkan Azura yang terus meraung memegang perut anak yang dikandungnya dan mulut yang terus ternganga luas.
