Aku habis baca One Hundred Years of Solitude pada pukul 4 pagi di awal tahun 2000. Aku tutup buku tu macam kena tumbuk dengan pukulan paling dahsyat. Dari "Many years later Colonel Buenda was to remember the distance afternoon when his grandfather took him to discover ice" ke "And forever more races condemn to one hundred years of solitude did not have a second opportunity on Earth."
dan ya, takkan ada penulis lagi macam Gabo kerana...." that everything written on them was unrepeatable since time immemorial and forever more, because races condemned to one hundred years of solitude did not have a second opportunity on earth.”

Aku hanya baca first chapter of Gabo writting- sebab google book hanya kasi free for 1st chapter on few of his oconic writing..
